***FIREPLACE***
The chalet has a fireplace but must not be used. Unfortunately, Chamonix has many pollution problems with old wood fireplaces and owners will soon change this fireplace, but for the moment, the fireplace has been removed from the list.

***PARKING***
There are 2 chalets that share the car park. Please park your car inside the garage on your left. If you park in the driveway, please do not block the 2nd garage or the entrance.

***PETS***
Unfortunately, this establishment does not accept pets.

***SMOKER***
Please smoke only outside.

***BEDROOMS***
1st bedroom - 1 double bed - Beyond the living area
2nd bedroom - 1 double bed - upstairs
The 3rd bedroom is upstairs and has 4 single beds.

***BATHROOM***
1st Bathroom - shower and toilet - in addition to the living room.
2nd bathroom - shower/bathtub and toilet - upstairs.

***KITCHEN***
The kitchen is equipped with all the basic equipment you need for cooking, including a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a Nespresso, a kettle, a refrigerator and all the crockery.

***LIVING ROOM***
In the living room, you will find a television with cable and some board games.

Large table that can accommodate 8 people

💧 WATER HEATER – PLEASE READ
In France, water heaters (boilers) operate differently than in many other countries. The hot water is stored in a tank and can run out if used excessively. It takes 1 to 3 hours for the tank to refill and heat again, depending on its size.

🔹 We kindly ask you to avoid long showers or baths unless you're the last person using the bathroom and can wait until morning for it to refill.
This is a normal part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and mindfulness.

⚡ ELECTRICITY SYSTEM – USE WITH CARE
France uses a limited electricity system, and if too many appliances (like a hair dryer and microwave) are used at the same time, the breaker may trip. If this happens, you'll need to manually reset it at the fuse box.

🔌 Please avoid overusing multiple devices at once — this system is designed to reduce energy consumption and is very common in French homes. We ask that you only use what you need.
