Welcome to the Moussoux chalet!
The chalet is ideally located in the sought-after “Moussoux” district, slightly above Chamonix at an altitude of 1080 meters, on a dead-end road, almost private and very quiet.
The chalet offers on the garden level a large living space, with a double living room around an open fire, the dining room and the kitchen-bar, and with access to a large terrace and the garden, offering a breathtaking south-facing view over the entire Chamonix massif, with all the mythical peaks, Mont-Blanc, the Dôme du Goûter, the Mont Maudit, the Tacul de Mont-Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, the Aiguilles de Chamonix and the Drus.
The 5 bedrooms all have a bathroom. Three bedrooms are equipped with an office for teleworking, one of which has a large screen. The chalet has optical fiber.
A hammam for 4 people and a TV lounge complete this chalet.

The hot water is stored in a tank and can run out if used excessively. It takes 1 to 3 hours for the tank to refill and heat again, depending on its size. 🔹 We kindly ask you to avoid long showers or baths unless you're the last person using the bathroom and can wait until morning for it to refill. This is a normal part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and mindfulness. ⚡ ELECTRICITY SYSTEM – USE WITH CARE France uses a limited electricity system, and if too many appliances (like a hair dryer and microwave) are used at the same time, the breaker may trip. If this happens, you'll need to manually reset it at the fuse box. 🔌 Please avoid overusing multiple devices at once — this system is designed to reduce energy consumption and is very common in French homes.
