This 88 m² apartment is located in the charming village of Cordon, nicknamed the Balcony of Mont-Blanc. It comprises three bedrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a warm living room with fireplace, as well as a balcony and garden to fully enjoy the mountains. Its peaceful environment makes it an ideal place to recharge, summer and winter alike, close to Megève, Combloux and Saint-Gervais.

💧 WATER HEATER – PLEASE READ
In France, water heaters (boilers) work differently from those in many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank and can be depleted if used excessively. It takes between 1 and 3 hours for the tank to refill and reheat again, depending on its size.
🔹 We kindly ask you to avoid long showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until morning to refill it.
