This private chalet with plenty of land and a large parking area has 2 apartments.
GROUND FLOOR FLAT:
Here is the flat that you will occupy and which uses the main entrance of the chalet located opposite the house. You also have access to the outdoor terrace.
TOP FLOOR APARTMENT:
This apartment uses the stairs on the left side of the chalet for a separate entrance. This apartment uses the balcony
GARDEN:
There is a large garden at the back which is shared by the two flats if you wish. Just next to this property there is also an open space with a ping-pong table for the public
