This Private chalet with lots of land and large parking area has 2 apartments.
TOP APARTMENT:
This apartment is the one you will have and it uses the stairs on the left side of the chalet for a separate entrance and privacy. This apartment has a balcony that only you have access to.
BOTTOM APARTMENT:
This apartment uses the main entrance of the chalet located in front of the house. This apartment has access to the outdoor terrace.
BACK YARD:
There is a large garden in the back that is shared by both apartments if you wish. Directly beside this property is also an open space with a ping pong table for the public
